Job Summary: We are looking for a self-taught developer with experience in modern programming languages and frontend frameworks, capable of asking insightful questions and communicating clearly. Key Highlights: 1. Demonstrable self-taught attitude (personal projects on GitHub) 2. Clear communication and ability to ask insightful questions 3. Conversational English and leadership experience are not required Graduate or final-semester student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; 0–2 years of professional experience Strong proficiency in a modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Dart) Experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, Flutter) Familiarity with basic SQL and relational databases Confident Git usage (branches, PRs, merges) Demonstrable self-taught attitude (personal projects on GitHub, completed courses) Clear communication, ability to ask insightful questions Bonus Qualifications: Experience with Flutter, even in personal projects Experience with PostgreSQL or Supabase/Firebase Experience with TypeScript and Next.js or React Experience working in startups or small projects (not only large corporations) What is NOT Required: Conversational English (technical English for reading documentation is sufficient) Experience with Wompi (this can be learned in 2 days) Formal certifications Master’s degrees or specializations Team leadership experience. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 2 years of experience Keywords: developer, programmer, senior, sr
