Requirements and Required Skills: Ensure that contracted services maintain shift schedules aligned with company guidelines. Generate salary and compensation payroll in accordance with recorded data, current regulations, and organizational tools. Schedule services on the platform according to service orders established with clients. Register and settle additional services. Ensure that personnel updates entered into the system accurately reflect actual work performed by each employee. Analyze the regional operational status across various KPIs, review income and costs to support the Operations Director in controlling regional labor costs, identifying and proposing strategies to implement actions that maintain indicators at company-mandated levels.
