Job Summary: We are seeking a Sickle Operator to carry out grass cutting and vegetation maintenance activities, applying technical knowledge and manual skills with attention to detail. A service-sector company requires a Sickle Operator for its workforce, responsible for executing grass and vegetation cutting activities at the bases and slopes of streams, channels, and structures intervened using blade-type sickles and yoyos, following instructions and guidelines established by their immediate supervisor, complying with the company’s quality and safety standards, and performing other functions defined in the contract for the channel project or assigned area—including land preparation, plant maintenance and care, beautification of green areas, cleaning and organization of intervened areas, proper handling of tools and equipment, application of technical knowledge in gardening and cutting tasks, use of manual skills with attention to detail, on-site problem-solving ability, coordinated teamwork, and continuous observance of safety regulations; it is essential to hold the required certification for operating assigned equipment.
