Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality enterprise software solutions. 2. Lead end-to-end feature development, from design through production support. 3. Participate in strategic planning, prioritization, and long-term technical roadmap definition. 4. Evaluate emerging technologies and propose improvements to drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability. 5. Create business cases for adopting new tools, frameworks, and architectures. 6. Monitor, measure, and optimize the performance and reliability of enterprise applications. 7. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software issues and security vulnerabilities. 8. Design solutions based on service-oriented architectures (SOA) and distributed systems. 9. Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. 10. Mentor and guide junior, semi-senior, and senior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical growth. 11. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating decisions and solutions clearly and effectively. 12. Actively participate in code reviews, technical validations, and quality assurance (QA) processes. 13. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the organization. · Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 4 years of experience, preferably in design and development practice. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Between $8,000,000 and $10,000,000, depending on profile, plus statutory benefits.
