Job Summary: A professional or student in administrative, financial, or commercial fields with experience in the financial/banking sector to commercially manage the payroll loan product. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercially manage the payroll loan product under established policies 2. Promote and cold-offer the payroll loan product to potential customers 3. Manage and monitor proprietary databases An allied company is seeking professionals or students in administrative, financial, and/or commercial fields, with six (6) months of experience in the financial and/or banking sector, having served as a specialized payroll loan advisor and/or in related roles. · Mission: Directly manage the payroll loan product at the bank in accordance with established policies, processes, and guidelines, aiming to meet the monthly budget targets assigned to the product, while adhering to established service policies and standards, and ensuring prevention of operational risks, fraud, and identity theft. · Responsibilities: Promote and cold-offer the payroll loan product, actively managing contact with potential customers. Conduct field-based commercial activities, dedicating 90% of time to external outreach. Manage and monitor proprietary databases to identify business opportunities. Ensure achievement of company-defined commercial targets. Manage and keep up-to-date agreements with entities, ensuring their proper application in sales processes. · Technical Knowledge: Payroll loan expertise. · Professional Competencies: Assertive communication. Verbal fluency. · Salary: $1,750,905 + $249,095 transportation allowance + uncapped commissions (average range: COP 5–15 million, subject to target achievement) + statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract.
