




Position Summary: We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform professional duties related to the identification, analysis, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of human communication disorders in outpatient settings. On this occasion, we have a job opportunity for VIVA 1A IPS, which is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing professional speech-language pathology and/or language therapy duties to identify, analyze, assess, evaluate, diagnose, and treat human communication disorders in the areas of cognition, speech, language, voice, hearing, and oropharyngeal function, as well as communicative disorders among users attending the IPS’s outpatient consultation service. Responsibilities: • Accurately, completely, promptly, and truthfully complete the clinical history within the scope of responsibility and all other required documents and reports during the performance of speech-language pathology activities, in accordance with procedures established by the IPS and current regulations. • Prepare monthly quality indicators for the department as stipulated by the IPS. • Safeguard informed consents collected during the month. • Properly implement color-coded labeling (traffic-light system) for supplies under custody, including opening date labels. Requirements: • Professional degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Registered in RETHUS • Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient settings managing speech and language disorders, voice disorders, swallowing disorders, promotion of healthy lifestyle habits, knowledge of the APTA or ICF (International Classification of Functioning) models, and proficiency in office software tools. Salary: $1,571,394 base + $249,095 transportation allowance Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. One Saturday every 15 days, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract + social benefits. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 1 year of experience
