




Job Summary: A Statutory Auditor is required to ensure the transparency of financial statements, certify economic soundness, and oversee accounting and social activities. Ensure the suitability and transparency of financial statements and certify, within the legal framework, the company's financial and economic soundness. 2. Submit reports as required or requested, properly formatted and within established deadlines. 3. Conduct periodic and continuous monitoring of staff under supervision. 4. Certify that accounting transactions, financial statements, and tax filings are accurate. 5. Timely and written reporting to shareholders, the board of directors, or general management—as applicable—regarding irregularities occurring in the company's operations and business development. 6. Collaborate with government entities to facilitate inspection and oversight of the company, and submit reports as required or requested. 7. Ensure the organization’s accounting records, minutes of shareholder meetings and board meetings are kept up-to-date, and that corporate correspondence and accounting vouchers are properly retained. 8. Regularly inspect the company’s assets and ensure timely implementation of conservation or security measures. 9. Issue instructions, conduct inspections, and request reports as necessary to establish permanent control over social assets. 10. Authorize the company’s financial statements with signature. 11. Issue certifications required by the company within the auditor’s scope of authority and strictly in accordance with applicable law. 12. Perform all other duties inherent to the position while maintaining full independence consistent with the statutory role. · Educational Level: Professional degree in Public Accounting. Experience: 1 year as a statutory auditor. Knowledge: Preferably familiarity with IFRS standards, labor legislation, SIIGO software, and Microsoft Office. Contract Type: Service Agreement.
