Our partner company is looking for experienced estate managers and pool maintenance personnel for its recreational estate team. · Responsibilities: General maintenance: Ensure the estate remains in good condition by performing minor repairs and maintaining the functionality of facilities and equipment. Green area care: Prune, water, and maintain gardens, green zones, and outdoor spaces in optimal condition. Cleaning and organization: Guarantee hygiene in common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens to ensure a pleasant environment for guests. Pool management: Clean and treat pool water, verify chemical levels, and ensure proper operation. · Knowledge: Customer service. Food handling. Natural environment and wildlife. · Skills: Active listening. Assertive communication. Teamwork. · Salary: $1,950,000 + statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week, subject to events held at the estate. Contract type: Indefinite-term.
