




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced store administrator in women's fashion to lead the team, manage operations, and drive sales. Key Highlights: 1. Store team leadership and management 2. Focus on sales and brand standards in women's fashion 3. End-to-end point-of-sale management and customer service We are currently recruiting a store administrator for our point of sale. Candidates must hold a technical degree in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Customer Service. Minimum 1 year of experience providing fashion advisory services for women's apparel, excellent personal presentation, and strong vocal and commercial communication skills. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the store’s work team 2. Manage store staff schedules 3. Promote and incentivize point-of-sale sales in accordance with seasonal standards and collections. 5. Handle customer complaints and represent the brand to customers and superiors. 6. Supervise store display, organization, and standards. 7. Monitor inventory, merchandise receipt, and report any anomalies. 8. Ensure achievement of commercial targets and sales strategies. 9. Manage cash handling, cash counts, daily closings, and administrative reports. We offer a monthly salary of $1,750,000 + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE + 200,000 BONUS, plus all statutory social benefits.
