We are looking for passionate store associates to collaboratively lead all point-of-sale operations. Months of experience: Minimum 6 months of sales and customer service experience, preferably in the food sector. Job mission: Collaboratively lead all store operations—especially baking planning and execution—to deliver an exceptional experience to every customer, consistently exceeding expectations. Main responsibilities: - Ensure customers enjoy a unique experience in our stores and make Tostao their favorite place. - Guarantee compliance with the store’s service culture protocol. - Promote cross-selling of the various products available in the store. - Maintain the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. - Daily verification that products and their expiration dates are suitable for sale in the store. Contract type: Indefinite-term. Salary: COP $1,750,905 plus transportation allowance and bonuses. Work schedule: Rotating shifts.
