A leading company in the commercial sector is currently seeking personnel for the position of (retail store leader). In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales teams, managing shift schedules, managing inventory, handling cash operations, and continuously training and formulating commercial strategies for the sales teams under your leadership: The company offers a stable work environment and opportunities for growth within the organization. Academic qualification: Technical, technological, or university degree in administrative or commercial fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience leading work teams in the retail sector (Apparel, Footwear, or Accessories). Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and leadership skills to manage teams and achieve sales targets and performance indicators. Conditions: Schedule: Availability to work Sunday through Sunday with one day off per week. 8-hour shifts; store closing hours vary by location. Salary: COP $2,242,000 + COP $200,000 transportation allowance + commissions.
