Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with production experience to support product manufacturing, machinery operation, packaging, and inventory control, ensuring quality and order. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in operational or production roles 2. Support in production processes and machinery handling 3. Compliance with quality and industrial safety standards Academic requirement: High school diploma, with a minimum of 12 months of experience in operational or production roles. Knowledge of production processes, basic machinery handling, quality standards, industrial safety, and good practices is valued. Basic inventory management and office software skills are desirable. Main Responsibilities: Support product preparation and manufacturing according to established procedures, including raw material and supply preparation. Operate and assist in the handling of production machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and scheduled timelines. Perform packaging, labeling, and product storage activities while maintaining workplace order and cleanliness. Assist in inventory control, production recordkeeping, and promptly report any anomalies or process failures. Working Conditions: Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Salary: $1.750.905 + quarterly bonuses for quality and sales performance Schedule: Rotating shifts (to be agreed upon with the employer). -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
