




Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates work teams, managing tasks, personnel, resources, and ensuring service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises work teams 2. Manages resources and operations comprehensively 3. Fosters a positive work environment Daily scheduling of tasks for each service under supervision, according to requirements and needs. Assigns and schedules received work orders based on their priority. Daily supervision of assigned personnel and verification that cleaning and maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with issued instructions. Daily inspection of service areas to identify immediate attention needs and coordinate execution with assigned personnel. 5. Collects service orders and requirements received and processes their execution. Prepares reports on various activities carried out to provide evidence via the online Gestiona application. Monitors attendance of assigned personnel. Ensures assigned personnel comply with established schedules, service standards, personal appearance, and assigned tasks. Evaluates the performance of assigned personnel semiannually. Compares weekly assigned activities against achieved results. Based on customer needs or requests, schedules special cleaning brigades and coordinates required personnel for their execution; likewise, requests necessary supplies and tools for such activities. Organizes and manages training sessions for subordinates. Submits requests for supplies, tools, machinery, uniforms, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for each job position to the relevant department. Controls inventory levels of supplies, tools, machinery, and uniforms, and personally delivers these items in required quantities to assigned operators. Distributes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring individual delivery and signed acknowledgment of receipt by operators. Ensures correct use of company-provided PPE and uniforms. Conducts inventory and verification of company-owned tools and machinery assigned to each service location, confirming proper usage and handling. Monitors payroll-related incidents such as medical leaves, permissions, overtime, and emergencies, and submits them to the Human Resources Department. Tracks medical leaves, licenses, permissions, and other incidents, staying updated on final dates and/or extensions for each incident. Requests and arranges transportation for moving materials and tools, according to identified needs. Trains new staff on assigned duties, workstation allocation, use of supplies and tools, and facilitates their integration and adaptation to their roles. Coordinates personnel shift replacements in cases of absences due to permissions, medical leaves, or emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. Performs installation of new services and termination of existing ones. Acknowledges and processes requests and concerns raised by assigned personnel, directing them to the corresponding company departments. Resolves team-related difficulties professionally and with leadership, ensuring a healthy work environment among subordinates. Ensures comprehensive safety of personnel regarding physical, industrial, and environmental aspects. Complies with the working hours defined in the employment contract and maintains punctuality. Maintains positive interpersonal relationships grounded in respect, tolerance, collaboration, and responsibility. Completes management system forms legibly, clearly, and professionally, aligned with company requirements. Actively participates in mandatory training and development sessions organized by the company or client. Travels outside the city for administrative and operational tasks only when required, properly documenting related travel expenses. Consolidates and reports billing-related service updates (e.g., additional services) to the commercial department via the monthly report. Continuously updates personnel databases to enable emergency contact with operators’ family members.
