Job Summary: We are seeking a motorcycle-based Supervisor to strengthen private surveillance and security services through efficient management and operational leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening the service through operational leadership and continuous control. 2. Continuous and efficient supervision of surveillance and security services. 3. Direct control over security guards, reporting incidents and anomalies. An allied company is seeking a motorcycle-based Supervisor with twelve (12) months of experience in the private surveillance and security sector, who will contribute to service enhancement through efficient management, operational leadership, and continuous monitoring of assigned posts. · · Academic Qualifications: · Technical degree in Human Talent or Military Services, with a valid Supervisor course. · · Job Mission: · To continuously supervise the execution of the organization’s private surveillance and security services, ensuring optimal efficiency, operational control, and compliance with guidelines established by the company and its clients. · · Responsibilities: · - Exercise direct control over security guards at various posts, reporting incidents and service anomalies. · - Conduct scheduled supervision inspections at assigned posts. · - Promptly report incidents via radio or telephone, prioritizing high-risk situations. · - Accurately and truthfully complete and verify supervision reports, supervision forms, and meeting minutes logs. · - Verify proper use of equipment, personal appearance, and service conditions of personnel under supervision. · · Knowledge Requirements: · - Valid Supervisor course. · - Word (report writing and strong written communication) · - Motorcycle and up-to-date documentation. · · Professional Competencies: · Teamwork, leadership, assertive communication, decision-making, and commitment. · · Salary: $2,500,000 + current statutory benefits. · Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. · Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one weekday rest day; rotating 5-day workweek with 2 days off. · Work Location: Medellín. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Degree 1 year of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, deputy manager, coordinator, manager, captain, motorbike, motorcycle
