A leading Security and Surveillance company requires a Motorized Supervisor with experience in the sector. Requirements: High school diploma. Valid Supervisor training course (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in security and surveillance companies. Valid motorcycle driver's license. Knowledge of regulations issued by the Superintendence of Private Security and Surveillance. Basic proficiency in office software tools. Availability for rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled and random visits to surveillance posts. Verify compliance with security instructions and protocols. Report operational and disciplinary incidents. Prepare supervision reports. Address client requirements. Support post coverage in case of contingencies. Competencies: Leadership and authority. Ability to react promptly. Service orientation. Ability to work under pressure.
