Requirements: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in administrative fields Minimum certified experience of 1–2 years as a Cleaning or General Services Supervisor Experience managing operational staff Availability to work rotating shifts on a Sunday-to-Sunday schedule Leadership, organizational, and communication skills Must reside in Bucaramanga, Girón, or nearby areas of the Santander Free Trade Zone (Río Frío, Cañaveral, Provenza, Real de Minas, Mutis, Portal Campestre, among others) Position Conditions: Salary: COP $2,076,000 + transportation allowance COP $249,095 + statutory benefits Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Initially assigned shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday-to-Sunday schedule with one compensatory day per week Contract for a specific project or task Initial duration of 30 days with high probability of extension Timely monthly payment Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff assigned to the client Ensure compliance with cleaning, disinfection, and safety protocols Monitor attendance, shifts, incidents, and staff performance Manage payroll and personnel-related incidents Verify proper use of supplies, equipment, and uniforms Maintain communication with the client and ensure service quality If you meet the profile and are interested in this opportunity, apply now and join our team.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program 2 years of experience
