Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Works Technologist to coordinate and supervise road infrastructure and building construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and effective resource management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of road infrastructure and building construction projects. 2. Management of technical, physical, and human resources in civil works. 3. Development of competencies in teamwork and conflict resolution. A Civil Engineering firm requires a Civil Works Technologist / Construction Management Technologist for its team, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in road construction / civil works projects to ensure execution of earthwork, slope stabilization, and bridge construction activities; efficient use of technical, physical, and human resources in accordance with the client's stipulated terms and conditions; and competencies in teamwork, conflict resolution, resource management, and time management. · Responsibilities: - Coordinate, supervise, and monitor progress of road infrastructure and building construction projects according to drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. - Supervise, coordinate, and schedule human resources and materials required for construction, installation, and repair of buildings. Inspect construction or renovation sites of buildings and other structures to identify and report structural defects, fire hazards, and safety threats. - And others. · Salary: Between 2 and 4 SMMLV + statutory benefits + employer-negotiated benefits Contract Type: Project-based or Labor Contract Academic Level: Civil Works Technologist or related field.
