Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise field teams in telecommunications, ensuring proper execution of work orders according to technical specifications and client guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing technical training and job stability. @External Plant Supervisor / Telecommunications · Contract type: Project-based or service contract Working hours: Monday to Saturday Required education: Coordinate and supervise field teams to carry out assigned work orders, ensuring their proper execution in accordance with technical specifications, service levels, and other guidelines specified by the Client in tender documents and applicable contractual annexes, while complying with Company policies and procedures. Minimum experience: 2 years in reporting, report preparation, and ETL. Economic conditions: Monthly base salary: $1,750,905 + statutory benefits + Mobility allowance $600,000 + Mobile phone allowance $20,000 + Performance indicator bonus. Main responsibilities: · Plan, timely and properly, the various actions comprising a general activity. Ensure proper execution of work orders and scheduled activities in accordance with technical specifications, service levels, and other guidelines specified by the Client in tender documents and applicable contractual annexes that fall under the scope of responsibility assigned. Coordinate and provide technical support for all field activities requiring specialized expertise. Guarantee the quality of feasibility assessments (applies to External Plant). Resolve technical and administrative conflicts arising in the field and ensure execution of installation and/or maintenance processes. Address client requirements regarding completion of feasibility assessments and resolution of issues between parties. Essential requirements: Hold a technological degree or be pursuing a professional degree in related fields (Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications). Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. Excellent personal presentation and customer orientation. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency; an in-person technical test will be administered.
