Primary technical liaison between local operations and factory support At PROSEGUR, we seek a Channel Electronic Support and Development Engineer to provide national-level technical leadership for Prosegur’s junior and senior technical teams, ensuring specialized second-level support for automated teller machines (ATMs), IPC equipment, and Cash Today solutions. This role serves as the primary technical liaison between local operations and factory support (GRG/OEM), responsible for resolving complex incidents, developing and maintaining technical documentation, executing customer certification/pilot projects, and providing continuous training to field teams. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Desirable: Specialization or diploma in Project Management, Automation, or Financial Technology. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for automated teller machines (ATMs), financial self-service equipment, or automation. At least 1 year of experience leading or coordinating technical teams in similar roles. Desirable: Experience in banking services or fintech. English level B2 or higher (listening comprehension, oral expression, reading, and writing). Mandatory for communication with factory technical support (GRG) and interpretation of manuals, bulletins, and technical documentation.
