Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer with professional training in systems, networks, electronics, or computer science to manage the technological infrastructure and ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the technological infrastructure of servers and hosting services. 2. Implements cybersecurity measures and manages the technological inventory. 3. Provides specialized technical support and leads system maintenance. Within our corporate group, we are looking for a Systems Engineer with professional training in systems, networks, electronics, computer science, or a related specialty, and knowledge of CRM, AI, social media, and platforms. Main Responsibilities: Program, manage, or create a new CRM. Management of the technological infrastructure of servers. Procurement of servers, including vendor management and server maintenance. Supervise and execute maintenance and repair tasks for computer and electronic systems, applications, and any other technology-related maintenance required in the office. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Installation of new systems and updating of software and hardware. Resolve technical issues and provide technical support to end users. Lead procurement, configuration, administration, and maintenance processes for on-premises servers and hosting services, ensuring continuity of digital services. Execute performance monitoring protocols on the technological infrastructure to perform preventive adjustments that avoid workflow interruption. Manage the inventory of technological assets and coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement and warranty management of company equipment. Provide specialized technical support to internal users and document technological procedures through functional manuals and user guides. Information Security and Risk Management. Design and implement the institutional Contingency Plan, including backup scheduling and disaster recovery protocols. Administer user access levels and privileges within corporate systems, ensuring data handling complies with organizational security policies. Implement and supervise cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, patch updates) to protect digital assets against external and internal threats. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in construction or renovation project management. Knowledge: CRM management, vendor relationships, and maintenance. Experience managing server technological infrastructure. Competencies: Responsibility, attention to detail, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and results orientation. Ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate effectively in teams, and communicate assertively. We Offer: Direct employment with the company. Position Type: Full-time Working Conditions: Location: Northern Bogotá (Toberín and Mazurén districts). Compensation: Base salary of $3,000,000 + Non-statutory bonus of $700,000 (starting from the third month). Contract: Fixed-term contract until December, renewable annually.
