Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician to provide user support, administrative assistance, and maintain data communication systems in Pereira. Key Responsibilities: 1. User technical support and management of data communication systems. 2. Administrative support, writing, and information management. 3. Development of skills such as assertive communication and critical thinking. Provide user support. 2. Assist in billing processes. 3. Provide administrative support, writing, data entry, and information handling. 4. Address user requests in accordance with technical procedures and current regulations. 5. Operate and maintain data communication systems other than networks. 6. Perform related duties. · Education Level: Technical or technological degree in Systems. Experience: 6 months of user support experience. Knowledge: Basic network handling and office software tools. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for one year. Salary: $2,020,000 + all statutory benefits + performance bonus.
