Job Summary: A reputable company is seeking a Strawberry-All-Round Advisor to perform food and beverage service, customer assistance, and payment management. Key Highlights: 1. Order and payment management The company urgently requires a STRAWBERRY-ALL-ROUND ADVISOR (Bakery and Pastry) for its team, who will perform the following duties: - Carry out setup operations for food and beverage service in establishments according to technical procedures and standards. - Reserve establishment services in accordance with protocols and customer requirements. - Greet diners and escort them to their tables or other areas of the establishment per service protocols. - Present and advise diners on food and beverage selection based on technical criteria and the establishment’s offerings. - Take food and beverage orders from diners in accordance with service protocols. - Verify diner satisfaction and the quality of food, beverages, and service provided, per establishment protocols. - Present the bill to diners and collect payments in accordance with technical procedures and service standards. - Perform cleaning and removal operations for food and beverage service items in establishments according to technical procedures and standards. - Perform related duties. Knowledge Requirements: - Customer service - Food handling.
