The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via phone, email, and chat; diagnosing hardware and software failures; assisting with equipment and network configuration and maintenance; and logging incidents in the ticketing system. Customer orientation, assertive communication, teamwork, and analytical skills to resolve technical issues are required.
