Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-driven UPS Specialist for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of single-phase and three-phase UPS systems, with emphasis on operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in electronic fault analysis. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS systems. 3. Self-employed professional with solid technical judgment and solution-oriented approach. We seek a highly competent UPS Specialist with strong expertise in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of single-phase and three-phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Candidates must have proven experience in electronic-level fault analysis, including mainboards, inverters, rectifiers, batteries, and charging systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven—capable of working under pressure and meeting stringent response time requirements while ensuring operational continuity of critical equipment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Advanced hardware and software fault diagnosis of UPS equipment. - Preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS systems. - Component-level repair (microelectronics). - Battery validation and replacement (cell analysis, autonomy, charge cycles). - Configuration, firmware updates, and commissioning of equipment. - Preparation of detailed technical reports. - Technical support to internal and external customers. - Adherence to response time agreements (SLA) and quality standards. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: - Power electronics (rectifiers, inverters, switched-mode power supplies). - Electrical systems (single-phase and three-phase). - Diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.). - Battery management and maintenance (VRLA, lithium, etc.). - Electrical safety regulations and SG-SST standards.
