Constant communication with clients and service continuity assurance A reputable company is currently seeking a Technological Media Operator responsible for supervising and managing GPS monitoring platforms, ensuring proper system operation and timely response to operational events. We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail, incident tracking capability, and experience handling technological platforms focused on device monitoring and control. Main Responsibilities Continuously monitor the company's GPS devices and technological platforms. Verify correct real-time information transmission. Issue alerts and reports regarding anomalies or critical events. Respond to incidents and track them until resolution. Maintain constant communication with clients regarding monitoring events. Ensure service continuity and operational quality. Requirements Experience in monitoring technological platforms or GPS systems. Proficiency in technological tools and tracking systems. Analytical ability, attention to detail, and incident management skills. Communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
