We seek a candidate with strong attention to detail, incident tracking capability, and proficiency in managing technological platforms oriented toward device monitoring and control. Main Responsibilities: - Continuously monitor the company's GPS devices and technological platforms. - Verify correct real-time information transmission. - Issue alerts and reports regarding anomalies or critical events. - Handle incidents and track them until resolution. - Maintain constant communication with clients regarding monitoring events. - Ensure service continuity and operational quality. Requirements: - Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity for installation and maintenance issues related to GPS equipment. - Experience in monitoring technological or GPS platforms. - Proficiency in technological tools and tracking systems. - Analytical ability, attention to detail, and incident management skills. - Communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
