At G4S, we are looking for EXPERIENCED TECHNOLOGICAL MEDIA OPERATORS to join our team. Location for initiating processes: Carrera 85D N° 46A 65 Bodegas 14 15, San Cayetano Logistics Complex. Modality: In-person Contract Type: Indefinite Term · What are we looking for in you? · Are you a high school graduate (any track) with over 1 year of experience as a technological media operator and holding a valid certification course? This vacancy is for you! What will you do? Crisis Management and Response: Act as the first responder during incidents (thefts, fire hazards, medical emergencies), applying advanced security protocols until reinforcements or authorities arrive. Risk Analysis and Assessment: Identify vulnerabilities at the service post (lighting, faulty cameras, unusual visitor patterns) and propose corrective measures to your supervisor. Advanced Auditing and Monitoring: Operate complex CCTV systems, electronic alarm systems, and access control software, identifying failures and managing recordings for investigation purposes. Preparation of Detailed Reports: Document incidents thoroughly, including witness statements, chronological timelines, and actions taken, serving as legal evidence or supporting internal investigations. Operational Closure Control: Supervise high-risk processes such as cash register closures, loading/unloading of high-value goods, or securing critical areas (servers, vaults). Training and Guidance (Mentorship): Guide and supervise inexperienced officers, ensuring full compliance with site-specific rules and procedures. Liaison with Authorities: Serve as the primary contact point with the National Police, firefighters, or other emergency entities during an incident, coordinating access and information sharing. What are we looking for? Valid certification course, military service record book, and high school diploma. 1 to 3 years of experience in this role. An outstanding attitude and eagerness to learn.
