




Job Summary: This role involves responding to customers, submitting management reports, monitoring alarm event response processes, and assessing risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage reports and monitor operational processes 2. Assess risks and control personnel reports 3. Direct interaction with customers and assigned responsibilities • Respond to customers regarding potential service inconsistencies • Submit management reports • Monitor various processes related to alarm event response and all associated activities • Submit management reports required by the immediate supervisor or operations management • Collect necessary data for applicable indicators for the monitoring center. Conduct risk assessment according to the most affected zones • Exercise control over reports from all project personnel • Prepare written reports on daily risk records in the project • Perform any function or task assigned by the direct supervisor. • Perform functions proposed by the client. -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operator, operator, media
