




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to manage and address PQR (Petitions, Complaints, and Claims), exchange, warranty, and return requests, providing technical consultation and solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electronic equipment diagnosis and repair 2. Customer service and technical consultation 3. Management of PQRs, exchanges, warranties, and returns A reputable company is looking for a graduated technician, or a sixth-semester student in Systems Engineering or Electronics Technology (or related fields), with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in electronic equipment diagnosis and repair, and customer service. Salary: Between 1 to 2 SMLV + Non-statutory benefits Responsibilities: Manage, receive, and process PQR, exchange, warranty, and return requests to meet customer needs; simultaneously provide technical consultation and product solutions, contributing to store operational profitability while adhering to departmental protocols and company guidelines.
