Manage retail outlets and ensure a quality shopping experience A company dedicated to manufacturing mattresses and bed frames requires a Temporary Retail Store Administrator for its team, with two (2) years of experience as an administrator and/or commercial advisor, offering an opportunity for growth and strengthening of talent in sales management and customer service. · Academic qualification: High school diploma. · Job mission: Administer assigned retail outlets by providing excellent customer advice through effective, efficient, and timely information, guiding customers toward appropriate purchasing decisions. · Responsibilities: - Drive sales target achievement through direct customer service, closing sales, and implementing on-site commercial strategies. - Provide personalized guidance on products or services, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience and customer loyalty. - Monitor merchandise receipt, storage, and dispatch. - Supervise proper operation of the establishment, ensuring compliance with standards. - Perform cash closings, handle money, prepare sales reports and performance indicators, and monitor outlet performance. · Knowledge requirements: - Basic Excel proficiency. - CRM system proficiency. - Customer service skills. - Sales techniques. - Information systems proficiency (SIIGO, SAP, ODOO, OFIMA, among others). · Professional competencies: Assertive communication, results orientation, customer orientation, negotiation, and sales closing. · Salary: $1,750,950 + current statutory benefits + commissions starting from the first sale. Contract type: Fixed-term contract. Working hours: Mall-based schedule.
