




Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Production Manager to plan, direct, and control production processes, strategies, and operations in the garment manufacturing sector. Plan, direct, coordinate, and implement production processes, policies, strategies, and plans related to plant, manufacturing enterprise, or production department operations. 2. Plan, organize, direct, and control production operations, strategies, policies, plans, and reports; quality control inspection systems; labor; and equipment to meet production targets. 3. Plan, develop, and implement production plans regarding quality and quantity output, cost, available time, and labor requirements to achieve production targets. 4. Plan, direct, coordinate, and control operations, distribution, inventory, storage, and supply for public utility companies. 5. Plan, implement, and supervise procurement, replacement, and installation of production systems, work methods, new plants, machinery, and equipment. 6. Design, plan, validate, and standardize plant research, development, and innovation processes. 7. Establish, plan, and manage the production budget and performance; adjust monitoring and verification mechanisms to minimize costs. 8. Perform related duties. · Education Level: Technical or technological degree in production, productivity, industrial quality, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in the garment manufacturing sector and personnel management. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: COP $1,750,905 + transportation allowance, plus statutory benefits.
