Responsibilities: Minor maintenance, painting, patching, stucco work, furniture handling, minor cleaning, and light fixture replacement Work Location: San Felipe Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills.
