Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating cranes according to technical manuals. 2. Operate assigned equipment strictly adhering to all occupational health and safety guidelines, technical standards, and company hoisting procedures applicable to telescopic cranes, tower cranes, crane trucks, forklifts, or any other equipment under the operator's responsibility. 3. Carry out pre-operational and inspection processes on assigned equipment as established by the company, ensuring it is in good condition before use. 4. Conduct periodic inspections and basic maintenance on equipment, consistently documenting performed work and reporting identified issues to supervisors. 5. Safely handle and move loads using tower cranes according to the specific task at hand, always aiming to meet the service recipient's needs. · Education Level: Not required. Experience: Minimum 6 months in civil construction and building projects, preferably as a tower crane operator. Contract: Project-based employment (1 year). Salary: COP $2,400,000 (salary may vary depending on profile), plus statutory benefits.
