Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with children and adolescents. · Mission: Provide continuous accompaniment to users, promoting healthy coexistence, crisis prevention and response, and ensuring the appropriate and safe execution of daily activities. · Responsibilities: Accompany and guide users in carrying out activities, fostering coexistence and respect. Identify and address risk situations or crises by applying established protocols. Promote appropriate habits, norms, and behaviors that support individual and group well-being. Monitor user behavior and progress, reporting relevant developments promptly. Support the implementation of training and recreational activities, ensuring active participation. Work Schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. — one day off per week. Contract Type: Temporary employment contract.
