Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or professional to accompany users, promote coexistence, prevent crises, and ensure the proper development of daily activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accompaniment and guidance for users to promote coexistence 2. Crisis prevention and response according to established protocols 3. Promotion of appropriate habits and behaviors for well-being Partner company is currently recruiting technicians or technologists in family promotion, recreation, artistic and cultural education, or professionals in pedagogy, bachelor's degrees in elementary education with an emphasis on play-based or arts education, or special education. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with children and adolescents. · Mission: Provide continuous accompaniment to users, promoting healthy coexistence, crisis prevention and response, and ensuring the appropriate and safe execution of daily activities. · Responsibilities: Accompany and guide users in carrying out activities, fostering coexistence and respect. Identify and address risk situations or crises by applying established protocols. Promote appropriate habits, norms, and behaviors that support individual and group well-being. Monitor user behavior and progress, reporting relevant developments promptly. Support the implementation of training and recreational activities, ensuring active participation. Record and document relevant situations, ensuring traceability and process control. · Professional Competencies: Assertive communication. Teamwork and responsibility. · Salary: $1,750,905 + benefits. Work Schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. — one day off per week. Contract Type: Temporary employment contract. Work Location: Lower part of La Salada rural district, La Calle sector, Villa Otilia Farm, Caldas, Antioquia. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience
