Job Summary: Professional to strengthen the training and development area by designing, implementing, and managing training and organizational development programs. Key Highlights: 1. A leading manufacturing-sector company dedicated to producing household cleaning, personal care, and industrial products is seeking talent to strengthen its training and development area. Required Profile: • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 4 years of experience in training, corporate training, or organizational development roles. • Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or others). • Leadership, assertive communication, active listening, planning, and organizational skills. Main Responsibilities: 1. Design, implement, and monitor annual training and organizational development plans. 2. Identify training needs through diagnostics, performance evaluations, and organizational analysis. 3. Ensure alignment of training programs with the company’s strategic objectives. 4. Coordinate execution of internal and external training activities. 5. Measure training program effectiveness using management indicators and propose continuous improvements. 6. Promote development of soft and technical competencies among employees. 7. Manage training processes related to Integrated Management Systems (quality, safety, environment, etc.). 8. Lead organizational culture, continuous learning, and knowledge management initiatives. 9. Facilitate learning spaces, workshops, and training processes. 10. Manage training providers when required, among others.
