Job Summary: You will be responsible for increasing store productivity, sales, and profitability through the correct and timely implementation of the value proposition and brand guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the consolidation of the Disensa franchise network. 2. Execute the 'success photo' to bring stores to the ideal state. 3. Continuously seek improvements to strengthen the value proposition. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: VALUE PROPOSITION IMPLEMENTER - DISENSA BOGOTÁ Your role: You will be responsible for increasing store productivity—sales and profitability—through the correct and timely implementation of the value proposition, brand guidelines, marketing, and category management, always aligned with Disensa’s strategy. Timely coordination with other related departments for the benefit of customers; building trust to deliver appropriate solutions to their needs, acting as a strategic partner rather than just a supplier. Your main challenges will be: -Ensure the consolidation of the Disensa franchise network through implementation of the value proposition at points of sale. -Execute the 'success photo' to bring stores to the ideal state and ensure the best end-user shopping experience. -Manage suppliers and partners to ensure timely and accurate implementation of the value proposition. -Budget management, control, and savings for each implementation. -Continuously seek improvements and partnerships to strengthen the value proposition while prioritizing customer benefit. -Fulfill roles, responsibilities, and accountability requirements of applicable Management Systems. Work Location: Bogotá, with availability to visit franchises. Essential Requirements: -Professional degree in Industrial Design, Marketing, or Advertising. -Two years of experience in store design and implementation roles related to the hardware/construction sector. -Knowledge of materials; 3D design software such as Rhinoceros / AutoCAD / 3ds Max or similar; plan measurement and interpretation; office tools: Drive, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. -National travel availability.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Languages: Spanish Travel Availability: Yes
