Identify unusual behaviors in the slot machine area A prominent company requires a Video CCTV Operator for its team, who will perform duties such as: -Inspect games for maintenance and improvement activities to ensure user safety. 1. Core Responsibilities The role extends far beyond simply watching a screen; it demands technical and detailed analysis of every movement in the gaming area. Monitoring Game Progression: Monitor gaming tables (Blackjack, Roulette, Poker) to detect payment errors, incorrect dealer procedures, or player fraud attempts. Asset Security: Supervise cash and chip movements, especially during table opening/closing, drop (cash box collection), and main cashier operations. Detection of Suspicious Behaviors: Identify card counting techniques, card marking, collusion between staff and customers, or any unusual activity in the slot machine area. Investigation Support: Review recordings to resolve customer disputes, security incidents, or accidents (e.g., slips, thefts) occurring within the premises. Report Writing: Prepare detailed logs and incident reports that may serve as legal or administrative evidence. Technical Knowledge Game Rules: In-depth knowledge of the rules for all table games offered by the casino. If you don’t know how a game is played, you cannot detect cheating. Basic Mathematics: Mental agility to rapidly calculate payouts and probabilities to verify that awarded prizes are correct.
