We are looking for a VIP Customer Advisor to join our team, working directly with one of our strategic ARL providers. Your mission will be to manage and strengthen the prevention culture in large-scale enterprises, ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. What profile are we looking for? Education: Professional degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields. Mandatory Requirement: Valid SST license. Experience: Minimum two (2) years leading or advising HSEQ processes in industrial or service sector companies with over 200 employees. Mobility: Full availability to travel according to assigned clients’ needs. Main Responsibilities Design and execute the annual work plan aligned with ARL requirements and VIP client needs. Provide specialized technical advisory support for implementing the Management System (SG-SST). Conduct audits, inspections, and monitoring of impact management indicators. Lead training sessions and promotion and prevention programs focused on reducing accidents. Offer Conditions Contract Type: Contract for Services or Labor provided by ARL. Salary: Base salary $2,874,695 + transportation allowance $249,095 + non-statutory mobility allowance $116,000 + non-statutory communications allowance $82,000 + all statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM – in-person.
