Academic Qualifications High school diploma. Desirable training in tourism, customer service, or related fields. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or related positions. Job Mission Ensure room cleaning, disinfection, and organization, guaranteeing comfortable, safe, and appropriate spaces for guests, thereby contributing to a satisfying service experience. Main Responsibilities Perform cleaning and disinfection of rooms. Change linens and make beds. Clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, and vacuum rooms. Complete forms related to room status. Conduct inventory and promptly report anomalies. Ensure the care of guests’ belongings. Required Knowledge Reading and writing. Cleaning and organizational processes. Customer service. Contract type: Permanent. Schedule: Rotating daytime shifts, with one compensatory day per week. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are worked.
