At SKY MOTION SAS, we seek a committed, organized, and responsible Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipment of goods. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper handling and control of products, guaranteeing goods traceability, compliance with internal procedures, and appropriate documentation support for logistical operations. Requirements - Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (not mandatory). - Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics-related positions. - Basic knowledge of inventory management. - Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheets). - Experience with SIIGO or inventory management systems is desirable. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. Main Responsibilities - Receive, verify, and register goods. - Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories. - Organize and store products according to established procedures. - Verify serial numbers, references, and documentation for incoming and outgoing goods. - Prepare and pack goods for shipments. - Support transfers between warehouses and document movement records. - Maintain up-to-date inventory records. - Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and organization. - Assist in generating inventory reports and summaries. - Comply with the company’s established safety policies and procedures. - Comply with the company’s established safety policies and procedures.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Knowledge: Loading and unloading of goods, Cycle counting, Document control, Documentation, Inventory, Organization, Procedures, Goods receiving, Goods receipt, Reporting Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide, warehouse, warehouse, storehouse, storage
