Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage the receipt, storage, and delivery of spare parts, accessories, and supplies, ensuring inventory control and availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of spare parts and accessories in the warehouse 2. Inventory control and availability of supplies 3. Verification and updating of location tracking systems A well-established company located in Medellín is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join its team, with at least one (1) year of experience in logistics and warehouse operations. · Academic qualification: Technician or Technologist in automotive mechanics, logistics, and/or related fields. · Job mission: To receive, store, and deliver spare parts, accessories, and supplies promptly and accurately, ensuring inventory control and their availability for business operations. Responsibilities: Receive spare parts, accessories, and supplies, verifying compliance with invoices, inspecting condition and quantities, and reporting discrepancies to the immediate supervisor. Place spare parts on shelves, ensuring organization, supply control, and adherence to quality standards. Update the system with the location of each spare part and identify overstock items for priority use. Receive and verify authorized repair orders for the delivery of spare parts and supplies. Deliver spare parts to various departments (workshops, logistics, and counter) according to corresponding orders and invoicing. · Salary: COP $2,015,000 + transportation allowance + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. Working hours: Monday to Saturday: rotating shifts. Sundays and holidays: according to the assigned branch.
