This opportunity is aimed at individuals with at least twelve (12) months of experience in the textile or garment industry, interested in contributing to the growth of the production process by ensuring quality and efficiency in fabric production. Academic Qualifications: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in weaving, production, or related fields. Job Mission: Operate looms to ensure the production of high-quality fabrics, meeting efficiency and productivity standards to guarantee supply for the textile process. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor loom performance during production. Identify and report machine malfunctions or fabric irregularities. Perform basic adjustments on looms to correct production defects. Monitor and record production and fabric quality parameters. Ensure adherence to production timelines and scheduled output quantities. Knowledge: Loom handling and operation. Quality control in weaving. Identification and resolution of issues in textile production. Safety regulations and textile machinery handling procedures. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, assertive communication, task prioritization, and service orientation. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,800,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Work Schedule: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, rotating every 15 days.
