Position Summary: A prominent company is seeking a Workshop Manager with experience in automotive mechanics, leadership, and proactivity for damage identification, repair management, and staff supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership of mechanics 2. Comprehensive vehicle repair management 3. Expert diagnosis of automotive faults A prominent company requires a Workshop Manager—technician, technologist, or professional in automotive mechanics—for its team, possessing leadership skills, proactivity, and a minimum of 2 years’ specific experience in related roles, to perform the following duties: Identification and reporting of vehicle damages Reception and verification of vehicle condition Monitoring and supervision of workshop personnel (mechanics) Management and optimization of vehicle repairs Requesting spare parts from administrators Adherence to established timeframes according to required repairs Delivery of damaged parts Delivery of vehicles to the Operations Manager Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Critical and mandatory requirements: experience in mechanical operations, operational supervision, diagnosis of faults across the vehicle fleet, and fieldwork.
