Management and use of office software tools (Word, Excel). Drafting and managing emails with clients, property owners, and partners. Customer service and follow-up via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. Assistance in administrative processes and document organization. Data entry and updating information in CRM. Coordination of schedules, appointments, and commercial visits. Assistance in publication management and commercial materials for properties. Profile: Technician, technologist, or student in administrative or related fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. Service-oriented attitude and customer focus. Basic/intermediate proficiency in digital tools and CRM.
