We are looking for a *Construction Worker* with proven experience in civil works to join our technical team. The ideal candidate must be responsible, respectful, committed to industrial safety, and capable of performing rough-in construction tasks and finishes with quality and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform construction activities such as masonry, concrete work, tiling, plastering, installation of structures, among others. * Interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Supervise assistants and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Apply occupational health and safety regulations (OHS) in all activities. * Report progress, updates, and requirements to the foreman or site supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a skilled worker in civil construction projects. * Knowledge of blueprint reading and handling of construction tools. * Completion of an authorized worker training course for working at heights. * OHS training or willingness to be trained. * Proactive attitude, teamwork, and good communication skills.
