We are seeking a **Construction Assistant** to support construction, adaptation, and maintenance activities across the company’s projects, ensuring compliance with site team instructions, quality standards, and occupational safety and health regulations. We seek a responsible, committed individual with a willingness to work in teams and follow instructions, maintain order at the worksite, and promptly support various operational activities on site. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist the site supervisor, master builder, and other team members with assigned construction activities. * Perform loading, unloading, transportation, and organization of materials, tools, and equipment on site. * Prepare mixtures, mortars, concrete, and other materials required for work execution. * Support excavation, demolition, masonry, plastering, tiling, installation, and adaptation activities according to received instructions. * Carry out cleaning, organization, and proper disposal of waste across different work fronts. * Take care of assigned tools, equipment, and materials, promptly reporting any damage, loss, or irregularity. * Follow instructions from site supervisors and report progress, risks, or unsafe conditions. * Properly use personal protective equipment and comply with occupational safety and health regulations. * Assist in isolating and marking work areas to prevent accidents and ensure safe working conditions. ### **Requirements** * Completed secondary education or academic high school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction or civil works sector. * Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction materials. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading and unloading of materials. * Knowledge of and compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. * Availability to work on projects located in Bogotá. * Responsibility, punctuality, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
