Job Summary: Supports surface preparation, material logistics, application of asphaltic primers, and welding of overlaps while maintaining safety. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participates in surface preparation and maintenance. 2. Collaborates in logistics and distribution of construction materials. 3. Assists in the application of asphaltic products and welding of overlaps. Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Clean, sweep, wash (using a pressure washer), and prepare substrates (slabs, walls) by removing dust, debris, or leftover materials. Perform patching, half-round repairs, and crack sealing with mortar or primer as instructed. Logistics and Materials: Load, transport, and distribute asphaltic membrane rolls, emulsion tanks, and tools to the work area (including tasks at height). Application Support: Prepare mixtures, apply asphaltic primers, and assist in spreading and cutting membranes/mats. Installation and Details: Support welding of overlaps (minimum 10 cm) using a torch, verify asphalt overflow, and ensure adhesion at critical points (drain funnels, vents).
