Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and products, optimizing material usage, and supervising on-site personnel to guarantee efficiency and task compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality in processes and final product. 2. Control material usage and avoid waste. 3. Identify and improve staff skills. Control proper material usage and avoid excessive waste. Guarantee high quality in the execution of technical processes and, in turn, ensure high quality of the final product. Identify training deficiencies and/or skill gaps among plant personnel and contractors to implement improvement plans, follow-up actions, or, if necessary, removal. Conduct daily and continuous preventive site inspections during activity execution. Perform daily measurements and reports on productivity for ongoing activities. Support biweekly verification of work quantities completed by each contractor to ensure accurate preparation of work certificates or work sheets. Guarantee the execution, correct procedure, and collection of concrete samples. Monitor earthwork movements and the entry of aggregate materials to the site, and continuously verify the cubic volume of dump trucks from each supplier. Prepare consumption tables and material quantity records for each activity. Support monitoring of personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. Complete activity completion release documentation. Organize personnel to perform their tasks efficiently.
