Job Summary: We are seeking students or recent graduates for the position of Construction Resident, responsible for supervising and coordinating construction personnel while ensuring schedule adherence and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of construction personnel 2. Progress monitoring and schedule compliance 3. Inventory control and document management We are a company specializing in building façade maintenance. We require students or recent graduates in Civil Works Techniques or Technologies, Construction, or related fields to serve as Construction Residents. Minimum 6 months of experience, strong willingness to learn, and adaptability are required. Salary: COP $1,850,000 + transportation allowance + all statutory benefits Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Desired Qualifications: * Knowledge of construction site control, personnel management, inventory handling, activity tracking, and working at heights. * Basic proficiency in office software and reporting applications. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. Main Duties: - Supervise and coordinate construction personnel. - Monitor progress, quality control, and schedule compliance. - Maintain records, logs, reports, and documentary support for the project. - Control inventories and timely request materials. - Coordinate with internal departments (OSH, logistics, accounting, and human resources). - Ensure compliance with OSH regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
