The primary objective is to enhance customer interaction and decision-making through the implementation of Artificial Intelligence tools (chatbots, voice) and advanced sales data analysis. Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) Data Stack: Intermediate proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy) and SQL for data manipulation. Visualization: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for sales reporting. AI & Automation: Knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, or WhatsApp Business APIs) and prompt engineering for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
